Terms & Conditions

1. All contracts must be full service and full fee (non-discounted) to qualify for the referral fee.
2. The referral fee is payable on a per property basis ie refer 3 properties, receive 3X $250 referral fees, up to a maximum of $750 in referral fees total per New Client.
3. For terms of this referral program, a "Client" means a person or group of people who have any sort of association, be it professionally, personally, legally eg as part of a formal ownership structure (superannuation, company, trust etc).
4. "New Client" means a person or group of people that have not previously engaged in a professional capacity with Ethos Property by way of phone, email or face-face contact.
5. Referrers must be the first point of contact to introduce the New Client's name to Ethos Property ie referrer must have informed us of the New Client's name and/or contact details prior to said client getting in touch with us.
6. Referrers must make mention of this referral program in order to qualify for payment.
7. Sales specific conditions:
7.1 - The property must have settled for the fee to be payable
7.2 - The referral fee is only payable 30 days after property sale has settled
8. Property Management specific conditions:
8.1 - The property owner must sign a minimum 2-year Managing Authority
8.2 - The referral fee is only payable 60 days after the Managing Authority has been executed
8.3 - Where the referral fee is paid to an existing landlord, the fee will be paid by way of a credit to their managing portfolio
8.4 - Where the referral fee is paid to an outside party, the fee will be paid by way of EFT to an Australian bank account
