We moved out of WA and for years struggled to find an effective, efficient and trustworthy Property Manager. We went through a small number of agencies that made promises but could not deliver. We were glad we stumbled upon Ethos. As PM's, they were prompt, efficient and professional; identifying works, having quotes and work done, great support for insurance claims. They also developed trusting and open relationships with our tenants, something that was crumbling due to previous experiences with other PM's. I could not recommend them highly enough as PM's.

We chose to sell our property and Ethos, once again, stepped up and delivered! They identified works to be done, quotes sorted, jobs finished. On the market for less than a month, target price achieved. They may be a small (for now) and professional team, but more than capable and set a new standard in delivery of service.
